Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the My Invez platform ("Platform"), operated by DevXpo Technologies ("we", "our", "us"), an AMFI Registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-322528), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Platform.

2. Nature of Services

My Invez is a mutual fund execution and portfolio view platform. We provide the following services:

• Facilitating purchase, redemption, and switching of mutual fund units across all AMCs
• SIP (Systematic Investment Plan) setup and management
• Portfolio tracking and consolidated view of mutual fund holdings
• Transaction history and account statements

We do not provide investment research, advisory services, or fund recommendations. All investment decisions are made solely by the investor.

3. Eligibility

To use our Platform, you must:

• Be a resident Indian individual, HUF, or eligible non-individual entity
• Be at least 18 years of age (or have a guardian for minor accounts)
• Have a valid PAN card
• Complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification as required by SEBI/AMFI
• Have a valid bank account in India

4. KYC and Regulatory Compliance

Mutual fund investments in India require mandatory KYC compliance as per SEBI and AMFI guidelines. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information for KYC purposes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if KYC information is found to be false or incomplete.

5. Investment Risk Disclosure

Mutual Fund investments are subject to market risks. Read all scheme-related documents carefully before investing.

• Past performance of any fund does not guarantee future returns
• NAV (Net Asset Value) of mutual fund units fluctuates based on market conditions
• We do not guarantee any returns on investments made through our Platform
• You are solely responsible for your investment decisions
• Certain funds (e.g., ELSS) have lock-in periods during which redemption is not permitted

6. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account due to your failure to keep credentials secure.

7. Transaction Processing

Investment orders are subject to applicable cut-off times as determined by SEBI regulations and individual AMCs. Transactions submitted after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day at the applicable NAV. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party systems including banks, payment gateways, or AMCs.

8. Fees and Charges

My Invez may charge platform fees, transaction fees, or other charges for use of the Platform. All applicable charges will be disclosed to you before you confirm any transaction. Mutual funds have their own expense ratios as disclosed in the respective Scheme Information Documents (SID).

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform including text, graphics, logos, and software is the property of DevXpo Technologies or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Invez and DevXpo Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the Platform or mutual fund investments made through it. Our liability is limited to the platform fees paid by you in the preceding 3 months.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or as required by regulatory authorities. Upon termination, your existing mutual fund investments remain with the respective AMCs and are unaffected by account closure.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hosur, Tamil Nadu, India.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
